Grand Theft Auto fans can rejoice, as Take-Two has confirmed that Grand Theft Auto 6 is still on track to launch in Fall 2025, despite the ever-present threat of a delay.

There has been no change to Grand Theft Auto VI's planned release date, and Take-Two Interactive still expects GTA 6 to release in Fall 2025 on consoles.

As part of Take-Two Interactive's Q3 2025 financial results, CEO Strauss Zelnick noted that Grand Theft Auto 6 is still coming in Fall 2025.

Reporting its third quarter ending December 31, 2024 financial results, the Rockstar owner listed GTA 6 for fall 2025 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S. It means that for now at least, GTA 6 is still on track for its previously announced release window and has not been delayed.

These interviews come alongside Take-Two's latest financial report, in which the company once again notes that we can expect "Grand Theft Auto VI in the Fall." While the official GTA 6 trailer only offered a vague release window of 2025, Take-Two has been specifying fall 2025 since last May. Clearly, the company is still sticking to those guns.
