The MLB trade deadline is just a few days away and the New York Yankees are widely expected to be one of the most active teams in the league. With that being said, the question becomes, who could the Yankees target to improve their rotation?

The Yankees and Pirates have discussed "multiple players," per Jon Heyman of the New York Post. Closer David Bednar is one of them, and starter Mitch Keller is another, although the latter's "price tag might discourage them."

The Pittsburgh Pirates have pitchers, and it seems the New York Yankees may want to bring at least one of their hurlers into the fold.
