PennDOT updates speed, vehicle restrictions on central Pa. highways
PennDOT has lifted vehicle restrictions and returned normal speed limits on major roadways after an icy morning in central Pennsylvania. The transportation department said crews are continuing to treat roads, however. Drivers should be aware of possible icy conditions in some areas, especially bridges and ramps.
PennDOT Lifts Some Vehicle Restrictions; Some Interstate Speed Limits Still Reduced to 45 mph
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has eased some travel restrictions in northwest Pennsylvania. Tier 4 vehicle bans have been lifted on interstates in the region, but the speed limit is still reduced to 45 mph on the following interstates:
