The San Francisco 49ers have agreed to terms with cornerback Eli Apple by signing the veteran free agent to a one-year contract, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Apple, 29, is an experienced player that will be a valuable locker room presence to the 49ers' otherwise very young secondary.
