Tomlin stepped down from his position as head coach with the Steelers today but that may not be the last we see of him as an NFL head coach.

It turns out that Monday's wild-card loss against the Houston Texans will usher in a new era for the Pittsburgh Steelers. On Tuesday, the team announced that head coach Mike Tomlin has decided to step down after 19 seasons.

Glover credits Tomlin as a strong supporter of Urban Impact’s annual Man Up Pittsburgh conference, which encourages men to serve as positive role models. “Mike has made a tremendous impact on our city,” Glover said.
