Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe on Thursday declared a State of Emergency and activated the Missouri National Guard in anticipation of protests across the state.

Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen issued an emergency proclamation on June 13 to activate the state’s National Guard, along with the deployment of more state law enforcement resources ahead of this weekend’s protests in the cornhusker state.

President Trump issued a memo authorizing the National Guard to post up in Los Angeles, but California Gov. Gavin Newsom has called it "illegal."
