Nick Hogan got emotional while honoring his father at the place that helped made Terry “Hulk Hogan” Bollea a pro wrestling and pop culture icon.

The WWE legend died last Thursday at the age of 71 Nick Hogan appeared on stage at the top of WWE’s Monday Night RAW program and stood side-by-side with the show’s wrestling roster as they paid tribute to his late father Hulk Hogan.

The wrestling world continues to mourn the loss of legend Hulk Hogan following his death on the 24th of July, aged 71. Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, was a pioneer of the sport and is credited with bringing it into the mainstream in the ‘80s and ‘90s.

Hulk Hogan, the pro wrestler who became a worldwide pop culture icon, helped take down Gawker and campaigned for President Trump, has died. He was 71.

Born Terry Gene Bollea and raised in Florida, Hogan found fame in the 1980s after triumphing over Iron Sheik to become the World Wrestling Federation’s heavyweight winner. The win sparked a phenomenon in the wrestling world known as “Hulkmania,” which he leveraged into a career outside of the sport through which he first rose to prominence.
