The operator of Los Angeles International Airport says Terminal 5 at the complex will be completely demolished late this year to prepare for a rebuilding project.
After American Airlines shifts to Terminal 4 Tuesday, Terminal 5 will be completely closed to begin demolition efforts.
The project will see 4.4 miles of reconfigurations on the roads around the airport, to make traffic flow easy for everyone.
