The Nov. 1 episode will mark the actor's second time hosting and the singer's fourth time as musical guest overall. (She's previously made three solo appearances, as well as one with Elton John .)
The Nov. 1 "SNL" episode will be available to watch live on NBC at 11:30 p.m. ET/8:30 p.m. PT. Viewers can also stream it the next day on Peacock. Folk rock singer-songwriter Brandi Carlile is the musical guest for the Nov. 1 show.
