Car fire backs up traffic on southbound Highway 17 in the Santa Cruz Mountains

A car fire temporarily shut down both lanes of southbound Highway 17 in the Santa Cruz Mountains Wednesday afternoon. The California Highway Patrol said lanes were blocked just south of Idylwild Road.
