UConn women’s basketball fell back into its bad habit of sloppy, sluggish starts against Creighton in its first Big East road trip of 2026. The Huskies were slow on defense and discombobulated on offense. A lack of connection allowed turnovers to stack up while the Bluejays tied the game early.
Meanwhile, Ole Miss has lost each of its first two conference games. Missouri head coach Dennis Gates is hoping his team will not come out flat after two wins that required heavy efforts in the final minutes.
They aren’t bad by any means, but unlike previous seasons Wake is firmly mediocre and pretty far away from NCAA Tournament contention. With the game being at home they present like a team that Carolina should take care of.
