Duncan Powell scored 23 points to lead Georgia Tech to a 71-64 win over the Hokies on Wednesday night in Atlanta. The Hokies (8-11, 3-5 ACC) fell to 1-7 away from Cassell Coliseum, including 1-3 in road games and 0-4 on neutral courts.
