Police responded to a call at Aaron Phypers' Calabasas residence on Aug. 3 amid his divorce from Denise Richards. An attorney for Richards, who has a restraining order against Phypers, told PEOPLE she was there to get her dogs after Phypers allegedly put one down,

Aaron Phypers claimed he “fears for his parents” after estranged wife Denise Richards showed up at his home screaming at his parents “to get out of the house and putting her finger in their faces”, and allegedly "swinging at" Aaron’s brother and "throwing mail" at him.

The "RHOBH" alum's attorney claimed Richards "entered the home to retrieve her dogs after learning that Mr. Phypers had put down one of her other dogs without her knowledge or permission."
