Formula One rookie Jack Doohan said he did not feel undermined by Franco Colapinto, a fan favourite for his races with Williams last year, joining his Alpine team as reserve driver on a long-term contract.

Even before a single metre has been driven in the Formula One 2025 season, Jack Doohan's position would already be under pressure. Alpine's recent signing, Franco Colapinto, would be the man to take the place of the Australian rookie should he not perform at the level the French team expects him to.
