WR Luther Burden, OLB Mike Green and CB Will Johnson rank as the best players available for the Tennessee Titans on 2025 NFL Draft Day 2.

As expected, the Tennessee Titans selected Miami quarterback Cam Ward with the first overall pick. Ward, a Heisman Trophy finalist and the NCAA's all-time passing touchdowns leader in Division I, was chosen ahead of Travis Hunter, who went No. 2 to the Jacksonville Jaguars, and Abdul Carter, who went third to the New York Giants.

While Tennessee has Will Levis, who started 12 games last season, it would be anything but surprising if Ward is the starter in Week 1 of the 2025 campaign. It's not as if Levis was excellent while going 2-10 with 13 touchdown passes to 12 interceptions in those 12 starts, and the Miami product brings a much higher ceiling.
