A federal judge on Monday ruled Planned Parenthood clinics nationwide must continue to be reimbursed for Medicaid funding as the nation’s largest abortion provider fights President Trump’s administration over efforts to defund the organization in his signature tax legislation.

Planned Parenthood will shutter five clinics across Northern California and the Central Coast following the loss of federal funding under a newly signed law by President Donald Trump, the organization confirmed Thursday.
