Four Baltimore County officers with 1-2 years of experience each have been named in the fatal shooting of a 31-year-old Essex man during a domestic disturbance call.

Multiple investigations are underway after Baltimore County Police shot and killed a man while responding to a stabbing at an Essex apartment building on Wednesday night.
