The Bloomington Police Department is asking for assistance in locating a 14-year-old boy who has not been seen since July 20.

For 40 years, the nonprofit in McLean County has been building homes for families in need with the community's help.

Kaleb Elkins, an Indianapolis native and four-star safety in the class of 2027, will visit Indiana, Alabama and Ohio State this fall.
