The Jacksonville Jaguars are adding a former Tampa Bay Buccaneers assistant to their coaching staff under Liam Coen. According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Jaguars are hiring John Van Dam as their pass game specialist.

According to Jaguars onSI's John Shipley, former Carolina Panthers and Washington Commanders head coach Ron Rivera met with the Jaguars over the weekend for an undisclosed role on Coen's staff.

Liam Coen‘s initial Jaguars staff continues to take shape. Grant Udinski was hired as offensive coordinator Wednesday, and more additions are coming on that side of the ball.

After a wild series of events, the Jaguars hired former Buccaneers' offensive coordinator Liam Coen and the new HC is getting paid.

"The Jaguars continue to fill out their staff, as they are hiring Tem Lukabu as their new LBs coach, source says. Lukabu brings seven years of NFL coaching experience, and he also served as BC’s defensive coordinator under Jeff Hafley. Most recently he was with the Panthers," Rapoport said.
