The Kelly Clarkson Show will return for season 7 in the fall, PEOPLE can confirm. Season 6 concluded in June. The show's return will come weeks after Clarkson's ex-husband, talent manager Brandon Blackstock, died on Aug. 7 after a private journey with cancer. He was 48.

Clarkson is believed to have already filmed audition segments for the upcoming season of “The Voice,” but could bow out of the live shows, said industry insiders.
