Penn State star Abdul Carter finally had his NFL draft dream come true on Thursday night. Carter, surrounded by family, friends and Penn State coach James Franklin, heard his name called outside Lambeau Field in Wisconsin.

Penn State football continued to add to its list of draft picks during the 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay. The Nittany Lions will likely have two of their own hear their names called within the first 20 picks, while eight more players wait to see who their next team may be.

Abdul Carter, drafted No. 3 by the Giants, was a linebacker before switching to DE as a junior at Penn State. See his high school highlights here.
