The Franklin County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 30-year-old Shekhar Chapagai, who was pronounced dead at Mount Carmel East at 8:33 p.m. Wednesday.

A second victim, 30-year-old Shekhar Chapagai, died Feb. 5 at Mount Carmel East Hospital in Columbus from his injuries. The four other victims survived.
