A DRUG dealer who was hiding in South Africa for more than a decade and brought back to the UK has been spared jail.

THE A31 may be closed for the rest of the day while accident investigation work is carried out, National Highways has said.

The 39-year-old victim died in hospital after being found with stab injuries in Mitcham, south London, on Monday.
