An actor who worked on Tyler Perry's TV series "The Oval" has filed a lawsuit accusing Perry of sexual assault and harassment during his time on the show.

The Oval actor, Derek Dixon, has filed a $260,000,000 lawsuit against media mogul Tyler Perry, accusing the acclaimed filmmaker of sexual harassment, assault, and coercion. Per PEOPLE, the suit was filed on Friday (June 13) in Los Angeles and details Dixon’s time starring as Dale on Perry’s BET+ series Ruthless and The Oval.

Derek Dixon, an actor who worked with Mr. Perry, is suing him for $260 million for sexual harassment, assault and battery. A representative for Mr. Perry called the allegations a “scam.”
