News broke that the Edmonton Oilers signed veteran defenceman John Klingberg this morning, and now his contract terms are official at $1M in salary and $350,000 in bonuses.

EDMONTON — The Edmonton Oilers agreed to terms on a one-year contract with defenceman John Klingberg on Friday. Klingberg was a free agent and hasn’t played an NHL game since Nov. 11, 2023.
