In December 2003, Osbourne was involved in an accident while riding his four-wheel all-terrain vehicle at his English estate. As a result, he suffered fractures in eight ribs, a vertebra and his left collarbone. While speaking with Britain’s Sunday Mirror, the rock star said he "died" twice and was in a coma for eight days following the accident.

The 76-year-old rock vocalist revealed that he will not be performing a full set with Black Sabbath during their final performance. He shared the news during the Ozzy Speaks segment of his Ozzy's Boneyard radio show on SiriusXM,
