Denise Richards showed up at the home where her estranged husband Aaron Phypers is staying amid their divorce battle on Sunday, claiming he 'put down' one of her dogs without her knowledge or permission.

A source close to Phypers tells PEOPLE that Richards' claims he put down one of her dogs is "100 percent, absolutely false"

The "RHOBH" alum's attorney claimed Richards "entered the home to retrieve her dogs after learning that Mr. Phypers had put down one of her other dogs without her knowledge or permission."
