Super Break lets everyone on your team rebreak an enemy. Break uses max Toughness which is the white bar on the top of an enemy's HP and an element specific modifier. Super Break is basically Break with 2 exceptions, everyone uses the same modifier AND the Toughness is now based on how much Toughness damage you would deal.

There's cycle speed breakpoints, which only give extra actions in terms of clear time for a given cycle, and then there are relative speed breakpoints, which determine how many skill points a character uses and how many turns buffs will be active relative to that character.

Being able to break waystones and relocate them is very OP and takes away a lot of the danger in the world. In vanilla I played with the mod, and it was quickly obvious just how OP they really are. They're kinda a limitless inventory, always safe place to sleep and quick escape from danger. Takes away almost any risk and difficulty.
