I’ve seen that the Ward trade doesn’t make sense bc of dead cap, but we have the talent make our secondary still solid. Our D was bad bc the secondary doesn’t matter if you can’t finish with a sack.

Oct 26, 2020 · Ward has been elite in coverage but lately has looked incredible in all aspects. I actually like our defense, it just lacks the talent. Plays bend but dont break and the playmakers make plays. If you can get one more player maker like Myles or Denzel on it (I know lol) at safety this defense will actually look good.
