A Turkish military C-130 cargo plane crashed near the Azerbaijan-Georgia border, according to Turkey’s defense ministry. The aircraft had taken off from Azerbaijan and was returning to Turkey when it went down. A search and rescue operation has been launched with Azerbaijani and Georgian authorities.
