Travelling to the Tanimbars to see the endemic birds is a great experience especially the beautiful and unique Goffin's or Tanimbar cockatoo. The trails are mostly flat and the birding is rewarding a few kilometres outside the capital city Saumlaki. Here is a short video of these Cockatoos or Corellas in their element.
