Members from the 45th, 94th, 446th, 908th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron trained with instructors from the 514th Air Mobility Wing on the newest refueling airframe the KC-46A Pegasus traveling to Hawaii. The medical teams were trained on aircraft familiarization and conducted in flight aeromedical emergency procedures.
