TLC PetSnip is working with Polk County Animal Control, Humane Society Polk County and SPCA Florida are working together to provide spay/neuter services to shelter animals across the county. Due to COVID 19 shelters and animal rescue groups have had to halt spay/neuter services due to a PPE shortage. As a result of that the shelters have had to hold adoptions until they are sterilized.
