Almost homemade pop tarts. I cheated and used some store bought crust. Our eggs and our filling and still better than those store bought chemical filled pastries. Cut pie crust to shape, brush with egg wash, add one tablespoon of filling, place another piece of crust on top, use a fork to smoosh the sides, optional but you can brush the tops with egg wash, bake at 350F for ten minutes.
