I just finished watching Broken Mary: The Story of Kevin Matthews — a powerful documentary about a radio DJ whose life was transformed after encountering a broken statue of Mary. Kevin’s testimony reminds us that we are all broken, yet God’s love is greater than our brokenness. At the heart of the film is St. John Cantius Catholic Church in Chicago, a center of renewal and Catholic culture.
