The Central Park Conservancy staff members are wonderful and dedicated to their work caring for the plants and trees that provide the birds with the types of food that will help sustain them. In the past, I have found great blue herons, great egrets, black-crowned night herons, osprey, red-winged blackbirds, a variety of waterfowl, and many other birds at the Harlem Meer and in the surrounding areas,” says Central Park birder
