🇹🇼🇺🇸台美對等關稅拍板15%不疊加 台美關稅在經歷9個月磋商後，行政院副院長鄭麗君今（16）日上午宣布，已向美方爭取獲得「對等關稅15%不疊加」、「承諾給予台灣《232條款》最惠待遇」等2個最優惠待遇。 鄭麗君指出，談判已順利達成4項目標：1.對等關稅調降至15%不疊加MFN（最惠國待遇），與歐、日、韓齊平，是美國逆差國中最低稅率。2.《232條款》關稅最優惠待遇。3.提出「台灣模式」，以科學園區經驗協助美國打造產業聚落，進行供應鍊合作。4.確立台美AI戰略夥伴關係。 《232條款》是指美國的1962年《貿易擴張法》第232條（Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962），也稱為「國安調查條款」，該法條授權美國商務部產業與安全局可對進口特定產品是否影響國安啟動調查及認定。 她強調，台灣是第一個獲得《232條款》相對最惠待遇國家，也指出由於台灣是美國第6大貿易逆差國，貿易逆差中有9成來自半導體及其衍生品，《232條款》內容的磋商也十分重要，雖然美方尚未公布《232條款》調查結果與最終稅率，但台灣已獲得美方承諾，無論未來半導體及其
