One of the closer Nitro Funny Car races at Bug Jam at Santa Pod Raceway. Jason Phelps in the Gladiator Funny Car narrowly beating Steve Ashdown in The Undertaker Funny Car, with a 4.64 v 4.70. Both cars had lifted before the end, hence the low terminal speed, but check out the 1/8 mile times of 3.54 @ 218mph v 3.65 @ 225mph.
