WEATHER ALERT ⚠ Jacksonville area beaches are under a high rip current risk, with dangerous surf conditions predicted through at least Saturday. Wave heights are expected to reach 6 feet or more along the Northeast Florida coast, especially from St. Augustine north through Jacksonville, St. Marys and Brunswick.
