We’re seeing the rain exit earlier than anticipated this evening. A pretty sharp clearing line working its way through eastern Alabama. Should arrive in Auburn/Opelika shortly after 9 PM CST and look for the rain to cease in the Columbus metro between 11 PM and midnight EST. Still may see a stray storm or two tomorrow, but New Year’s Eve nighttime plans should be a go weatherwise!
