In 2017–2018, Dolphin Quest supported the development of the TADpole – an innovative tagging tool that makes it possible to safely attach satellite-linked tags to dolphins and sharks. Designed and built by Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI), the TADpole was engineered by WHOI’s Tom Lanagan.
