Dipankar Bordoloi, a 35-year-old Executive Engineer with the Assam Irrigation Department, died after suffering a sudden heart attack inside his son’s school in Jorhat on January 15. The incident took place at Samford School while he was collecting his child’s UKG examination result. CCTV footage shows Bordoloi collapsing near the exit moments later.
